Experience 5 - 8 YEARS Location BANGALORE CHENNAI HYDERABAD PUNE CTC TO BE OFFERED MENTION YOUR CURRENT AND EXPECTED CTC Notice Period IMMEDIATE TO 15 DAYS KeySkills SAP BODS SAP DATA MIGRATION TO S4 SYNITI ADM IDOC LSMW SYNITI CERTIFIED LTMC SAP KNOWLEDGE ALM SAP FUNCTIONAL KNOWLEDGE SAP T CODES AGILE EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS POSITION OVERVIEW We are seeking an experienced Data Migration Consultant with strong expertise in SAP Data Migration and Syniti tools The role involves planning executing and supporting data migration activities for SAP S 4HANA implementations ensuring data quality consistency and alignment with business processes The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Syniti ADM and SAP migration methodologies along with strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Lead and execute end-to-end data migration projects from legacy systems to SAP S 4HANA Design develop and implement data migration strategies using Syniti ADM IDOC and LSMW Coordinate with functional and technical teams to ensure accurate mapping of data objects across business processes Validate and reconcile migrated data with business stakeholders to ensure data integrity and quality Utilize SAP BODS and LTMC where applicable for extraction transformation and loading ETL activities Collaborate with business users to gather requirements document migration rules and resolve issues Support testing cycles Unit Testing SIT UAT by preparing migration data sets and performing validations Ensure compliance with Agile methodologies and project governance frameworks e g ALM Provide knowledge transfer and training to client teams on migration processes and tools MUST-HAVE SKILLS Proven experience in SAP Data Migration to S 4HANA Strong expertise in Syniti and Syniti Certification Hands-on knowledge of ADM Advanced Data Migration Experience with IDOC and LSMW migration techniques Strong communication and stakeholder management skills GOOD-TO-HAVE SKILLS Experience with SAP BODS BusinessObjects Data Services Knowledge of LTMC Legacy Transfer Migration Cockpit nderstanding of SAP functional processes across modules Familiarity with SAP T-codes for data validation and reconciliation Exposure to ALM Application Lifecycle Management Working in Agile project environments QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor s or Master s degree in Information Technology Computer Science or related field SAP Syniti certifications preferred Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in SAP Data Migration projects with at least 2 S 4HANA implementations SOFT SKILLS Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment Detail-oriented with strong focus on data quality Note i Our client is looking for immediate early joiners ii Having LinkedIn Profile is a must iii Being an immediate high priority requirement interested candidates can share their Resumes with Photograph in word doc format
