Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Project Manager Interiors to take full responsibility for managing interior fit-out projects from planning to handover The Project Manager will coordinate between clients consultants vendors and site supervisors to ensure projects are delivered on time within budget and to the highest standards of quality Key Responsibilities Manage multiple interior fit-out projects simultaneously 2-3 sites Act as the primary point of contact for clients consultants and vendors Prepare and monitor project schedules budgets and progress reports Coordinate BOQ drawings approvals and client changes Guide site supervisors and ensure smooth daily site execution Oversee material procurement and vendor coordination Track project billing variation orders and approvals Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and finishing Organize weekly project review meetings and submit reports Resolve site-related issues quickly and effectively Requirements Bachelor s Degree Diploma in Interior Design Civil Engineering or related field 5-10 years of proven experience in Interior Fit-Out Project Management Solid knowledge of interior materials finishes and execution methods Excellent leadership coordination and client-handling skills Proficiency in MS Excel Google Sheets AutoCAD knowledge preferred Ability to manage multiple sites independently Desired Qualities Strong communication skills English Hindi Detail-oriented with focus on quality Problem-solving and decision-making attitude Ability to handle deadlines and pressure Job Type Full-time Pay 35 000 00 - 45 000 00 per month Work Location In person
