Job Summary The Social Media Manager is responsible for developing implementing and managing the company s social media strategy to enhance brand awareness engage with the audience and drive website traffic and conversions This role involves content creation community management and data analysis to optimize social media performance Key Responsibilities Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook Instagram Twitter LinkedIn You tube and others relevant to the brand Create curate and schedule engaging and shareable content including text images videos and stories that align with brand voice and goals Manage day-to-day social media activities including posting monitoring and responding to comments and messages Build and maintain an active online community by fostering relationships and encouraging engagement Monitor social media trends tools and best practices and apply insights to improve content and campaigns Collaborate with marketing creative and sales teams to ensure brand consistency and campaign alignment Track analyze and report on social media performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies to maximize results Manage social media advertising campaigns including budget allocation targeting and performance tracking Handle crisis management and online reputation monitoring on social platforms Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Marketing Communications or related field preferred Proven experience managing social media platforms for brands or organizations Robust understanding of social media channels algorithms and best practices Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a knack for storytelling Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools e g Hootsuite Buffer Sprout Social Google Analytics Creative mindset with the ability to produce visually appealing and engaging content Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Experience with paid social media advertising is a plus Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 25 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Work Location In person
