Job Summary A Bodyshop Advisor serves as the liaison between customers and the bodyshop team in an automotive repair center They are responsible for handling accident repair enquiries providing repair estimates booking appointments managing insurance claims and ensuring a smooth customer experience throughout the vehicle repair process This role combines technical knowledge customer service and administrative skills in a fast-paced detail-oriented environment Key Responsibilities Greet customers and assess their vehicle damage concerns Prepare accurate repair estimates using specialist software e g Audatex Liaise with insurance companies to process claims and approvals Coordinate with the workshop to schedule and monitor repair progress Keep customers updated on repair status and estimated completion times Ensure all required parts are ordered and available in time Handle vehicle check-in and check-out procedures Complete all related paperwork invoices and service reports Ensure customer satisfaction and handle any complaints professionally Required Skills Competencies Strong customer service and communication skills Knowledge of bodyshop and accident repair processes Familiarity with estimating systems e g Audatex Glassmatix is a strong advantage Good administrative and organizational skills Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure Basic knowledge of vehicle structure and insurance claim procedures IT proficiency Microsoft Office CRM systems Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Experience in a bodyshop accident repair centre or automotive service environment preferred Training or certification in vehicle damage assessment or insurance claims is beneficial Valid driver s license may be required Work Setting Office-based within a bodyshop or accident repair centre Regular communication with workshop staff parts departments insurers and customers May require occasional vehicle inspections on-site Job Type Full-time Monday to Friday with some weekend or extended hours depending on the employer Job Type Full-time Pay 9 838 00 - 24 405 48 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
