Department Human Resources Reports to HR Manager Job Type Full-time Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Officer to join our Human Resources team The successful candidate will support a variety of HR functions including recruitment employee relations training performance management compliance and HR administration The ideal candidate is passionate about supporting people and improving organizational effectiveness Key Responsibilities Assist with the full recruitment cycle posting jobs screening resumes conducting interviews and onboarding new hires Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements Support day-to-day HR operations including attendance leave management and employee queries Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures Coordinate training and development programs Facilitate employee engagement initiatives and company events Monitor and report on workforce metrics e g turnover rates absenteeism Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies Support performance appraisal processes and provide administrative support for annual reviews Contribute to HR projects such as diversity initiatives wellness programs or HRIS implementation Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field Fresher - 1 years of experience in an HR role for entry mid-level roles Good understanding of HR functions and best practices Familiarity with recruitment tools and Microsoft Office Knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Solid organizational and multitasking abilities High level of confidentiality and professionalism Job Type Full-time Pay 10 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Paid sick time Work Location In person
