HR Operations Management Key Responsibilities Oversee end-to-end HR operations including onboarding attendance payroll coordination documentation and exit formalities Ensure consistent HR service delivery and adherence to organizational policies across all operational locations Labor Workforce Handling Manage labor-related matters including workforce planning grievance handling conflict resolution and compliance with labor laws Maintain healthy relationships with external labor suppliers and ensure deployment efficiency Monitor statutory compliance including ESI PF gratuity and contract labor laws Employee Relations Engagement Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture across diverse teams including frontline logistics staff Logistics Operations Support Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to align workforce availability with demand cycles Support training and performance monitoring of logistics delivery associates from an HR perspective Recruitment Oversee Talent acquisition for operational and internal roles as needed Participate in mass hiring drives job fairs and sourcing initiatives when required Education Bachelor s or Master s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field Experience 3-5 years in senior role Preferred Exposure to logistics warehousing recruitment or delivery-based operations is a solid plus Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Application Question s What is your present Last salary Your earliest availability to join if selected Work Location In person
