Position Head of Design - Redevelopment Residential Projects Location Mumbai Industry Redevelopment Residential Projects Role Overview The Head of Design will lead the creative vision planning and execution of design strategies all projects incorporating second home luxury concepts exclusive residential spaces and themed environments This role requires a leader with strong creative sensibilities a deep understanding of high-end living trends and the ability to translate concepts into exceptional design deliverables while ensuring alignment with brand standards and customer expectations Key Responsibilities Lead the conceptualization planning and execution of design strategies for luxury projects integrating luxury and themed living concepts Oversee master planning architectural design direction landscape design and interior styling in alignment with the brand ethos Collaborate closely with the architecture engineering project management and sales marketing teams to ensure seamless integration of design and functionality Ensure compliance with statutory regulations municipal requirements and environmental considerations in all design plans DCPR KNOWLEDGE is MUST BMC MHADA SRA Conduct design reviews at various project stages ensuring global standards of luxury design and finishing Manage and mentor the in-house design team as well as coordinate with external consultants architects and design partners Stay updated on international trends in luxury real estate sustainable design and smart living technologies applying them where relevant Prepare and present design pitches mood boards and presentations for internal stakeholders investors and potential clients Ensure adherence to budgetary constraints while maintaining exceptional quality and aesthetic standards Frequent Travel to multiple locations for sites inspections vendor meetings design supervision quality checks and creative direction implementation Job Expectations Skills Required Experience in designing and delivering luxury projects with exposure to luxury second home concepts themed communities and Luxury developments Strong understanding of master planning landscape integration and premium interior design concepts Exceptional leadership skills with experience in managing multi-disciplinary design teams High level of creativity design innovation and attention to detail Solid communication and presentation skills to engage with high-profile stakeholders and clients Internationa Experience will be an added advantage Key Competencies Visionary thinking creative leadership Expertise in luxury lifestyle design trends Strong technical knowledge of architecture interiors Ability to balance aesthetics functionality and budget Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills Minimum Qualification Bachelor s or Master s degree in Architecture from a reputed institute Minimum Job Experience 15 years of proven experience in luxury township projects Reporting to CMD Travel Frequent Travelling Required Job Type Full-time Pay 100 000 00 - 150 000 00 per month Work Location In person
