About the Role We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Link Building Specialist to join our digital marketing team The ideal candidate will focus on building high-quality backlinks improving domain authority and supporting our SEO goals This role is onsite and in the evening shift so candidates must be available during these hours Key Responsibilities Research and identify high-quality backlink opportunities Conduct outreach to bloggers webmasters and industry websites for link placements Build and maintain relationships with relevant websites and influencers Monitor and analyze backlink performance using tools like Ahrefs SEMrush or Moz Collaborate with the SEO and content teams to implement link-building strategies Track and report on link-building campaigns and progress Ensure all link-building activities follow ethical SEO practices and Google guidelines Requirements Bachelor s degree in Marketing Communications or related field preferred Proven experience in link-building or SEO preferably 1-3 years Solid understanding of SEO and backlink strategies Experience with SEO and outreach tools Ahrefs SEMrush Moz BuzzStream etc Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work onsite in the evening shift Job Type Full-time Pay 10 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Commuter assistance Leave encashment Paid time off Application Question s Our office timings are from 3 30 PM to 1 30 AM Kindly let us know if you are comfortable with this schedule Experience Linkbuilding 1 year Required Work Location In person
