We are looking for a motivated and responsible Telecalling Executive who will be responsible for reaching out to customers and agents over phone calls explaining products and services maintaining good relationships and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential customers agents and leads to explain products services and generate interest Handle inbound calls and respond to customer agent queries professionally Maintain call logs databases and follow-up schedules Build and maintain robust working relationships with customers and channel partners Collect and record customer agent feedback for continuous improvement Assist in office maintenance activities including managing office supplies cleanliness and basic administrative tasks Requirements Minimum qualification 10 2 or Graduate Good communication skills in English and regional languages Basic computer knowledge MS Office data entry Ability to handle calls professionally with patience and persistence Strong organizational and multitasking skills Prior telecalling office support experience preferred Work Location Shankarpalle Salary 15000 Type Full-time Job Type Full-time Pay 12 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Work Location In person
