Position Overview We are looking for a dynamic female professional with proven expertise in corporate communication business development and government liaising across multiple verticals The ideal candidate should come from the real estate or media industry and possess strong networks with government authorities PSUs and regulatory bodies She will play a pivotal role in building the organization s reputation driving business opportunities and managing stakeholder relationships Industry Background Real Estate or Media preferred Experience 10-15 years in Corporate Communication Business Development with strong exposure to Government Liaising Key Responsibilities Government Liaisoning Business Development Act as the primary liaison with government departments ministries PSUs and local authorities Track government policies tenders approvals and schemes relevant to business growth Facilitate clearances approvals and compliance processes in coordination with internal teams Identify new business opportunities in the government and PSU sectors across real estate and media domains Prepare RFP responses proposals and presentations for government projects and partnerships Corporate Communication Develop and implement communication strategies to strengthen the company s image and visibility Manage corporate presentations and promotional content Build relationships with industry associations and public communication agencies Support leadership communication speeches and industry representation Stakeholder Engagement Represent the company in industry forums exhibitions and government meetings Build and maintain strong networks with decision-makers policy influencers and bureaucrats Drive advocacy initiatives to align government policies with business interests Skills Strong government networking and liaisoning capabilities Excellent communication PR and negotiation skills Experience in handling tenders proposals and government projects Ability to build high-level relationships across sectors and government bodies Key Attributes Agile personality with excellent presentation skills Ability to work independently and handle high-level stakeholder interactions Strong ethical standards professionalism and confidentiality Job Type Full-time Pay 50 000 00 - 150 000 00 per month Work Location In person
