As a Customization Technical Lead you will work extensively with Product customization Implementation teams Product R D team and QA to develop and deliver custom solutions for client The work requires creating detailed design artifacts work on development and perform code reviews implement validation in line with requirement specifications Software customization Implementation Gather understand and define business requirements re-engineer and map them to technology features design develop document the custom solution for the technology platform Strong Coding skills in UI and backend Customization Shell script Oracle PL SQL JS JSP and Java Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile concepts Should be able to ensure quality and timelines of activities related to design and build Participate in activities related to requirement elicitation validation of architecture creation and review of design provide pseudo codes to team assign and review task participate in knowledge management activities with the objective of ensuring highest level of service offerings to client Participation in estimation preparing detailed schedule for a work packet train team on project processes to achieve project goals Knowledge of standard architectural and integration principles models patterns Best practices in design and build performance readability code reusability broad knowledge of build tools eclipse Visual studio etc In-depth knowledge of configuration management and release management tools and techniques Working Knowledge on Source Control tools like Git Bitbucket SVN Ability to handle and mentor a team of 4-8 people Finacle implementation customization experience is an added advantage Job Type Full time Pay 800 000 00 per year Work Location In person
