Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and results-driven SEO Team Lead to manage our search engine optimization strategy and lead a team of SEO specialists The ideal candidate should be deeply knowledgeable in SEO best practices have a solid analytical mindset and be capable of planning executing and optimizing B2B B2C SEO campaigns across various industries Key Responsibilities Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility rankings and traffic Lead and mentor a team of SEO executives and specialists providing direction training and performance management Conduct detailed keyword research competitor analysis and content gap analysis Oversee on-page and off-page SEO efforts including metadata optimization link building internal linking and site architecture Work closely with the content web development and paid media teams to ensure alignment and synergy across all channels Monitor analyze and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics Google Search Console SEMrush Ahrefs Ubersuggest and other SEO platforms Identify technical SEO issues and coordinate with developers for resolution site speed crawlability indexing mobile optimization etc Stay updated with the latest SEO trends algorithm changes and industry best practices Manage SEO tools and software licenses and ensure team is using them effectively Prepare and present monthly SEO performance reports to stakeholders and suggest strategic improvements Job Type Full-time Pay 30 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Experience SEO 2 years Preferred Work Location In person
