Job Summary We are seeking a responsible and experienced Female Hostel Warden to manage the daily operations of our Girls Hostel located near Vadodara The ideal candidate will be compassionate disciplined and capable of maintaining a secure and nurturing environment for students Candidate must be from Gujarat preferably near Vadodara Key Responsibilities Ensure the safety security and well-being of all girl students in the hostel Maintain discipline and enforce hostel rules and regulations Supervise daily routines such as attendance curfews and cleanliness Act as the first point of contact for students in case of emergencies or concerns Coordinate with housekeeping security and maintenance staff Keep proper records of hostel occupancy student complaints and inventory Provide mentorship and support for students academic and personal concerns Handle check-in check-out procedures and documentation Qualifications Requirements Education Graduate in any discipline preferably with experience in student management Experience Minimum 2 years in a similar role in a school college or university hostel Age Limit Preferably below 45 years Language Fluency in Gujarati and basic English communication Others Candidate must be from Gujarat preferably near Vadodara Job Type Full-time Experience Girls hostel warden 1 year Preferred Work Location In person
