Our Team Koch Industries is a privately held global organization with over 120 000 employees around the world with subsidiaries involved in manufacturing trading and investments KGS India is being developed to extend its IT operations as well as act as a hub for innovation in the IT function As KGS rapidly scales up its operations in India it s employees will get opportunities to carve out a career path for themselves within the organization This role will have the opportunity to join on the ground floor and will play a critical part in helping build out the KGS over the next several years Working closely with global colleagues would provide significant global exposure to the employees This role is a part of the Georgia-Pacific team within the KGS GP completely owned by Koch Industries Your Job We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Recruiting Coordinator to support our talent acquisition team In this role you will coordinate interview scheduling manage candidate communication and assist with the overall recruitment process The ideal candidate is proactive thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering an excellent candidate experience Key Responsibilities Schedule interviews and manage calendars for candidates and hiring teams Communicate with candidates regarding interview logistics and follow-ups Coordinate virtual interviews and meetings using Microsoft Teams Maintain and update applicant tracking systems ATS Support recruiters with job postings sourcing and hiring documentation Assist with onboarding and other HR administrative tasks as needed Qualifications Bachelor s degree or relevant experience Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment coordination or a similar HR support role Robust communication and organizational skills Proficient in Microsoft Teams Outlook and other collaboration tools Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines Experience with ATS and HR software is a plus Who We Are At Koch employees are empowered to do what they do best to make life better Learn how our business philosophy helps employees unleash their potential while creating value for themselves and the company
