Job Title US Accounts Senior Associate Location Ahmedabad Gujarat India Job Type Full-time Schedule Day shift About Us Qualitas Accountants LLP specializes in providing bookkeeping financial and management reporting services to small and mid-sized organizations as well as accounting firms With a fully-fledged delivery center in Ahmedabad India and headquarters in Missouri USA we offer comprehensive financial solutions to meet our clients diverse needs Key Responsibilities Maintain and update financial records including general ledger accounts payable accounts receivable and payroll Prepare and review financial statements ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP Handle month-end and year-end closing processes Reconcile bank statements and balance sheet accounts Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure timely filing Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support client decision-making Communicate effectively with clients to address their accounting needs and resolve any issues Stay updated on changes in US accounting standards and tax laws Collaborate with the internal team to improve processes and implement best practices To Prepare and review complex federal state and local tax returns for individuals partnerships corporations and other entities Handle a team size of 3-10 people Manage Direct client coordination and end to end process Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Accounting Finance CA Qualified or a related field CPA or equivalent certification is preferred Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience preferably in an outsourcing firm or handling US-based clients Strong knowledge of US GAAP and federal state and local tax regulations Proficiency in accounting software e g QuickBooks Xero NetSuite and Microsoft Office Suite Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Strong MS Office skills Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities Effective communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines What We Offer Collaborative work environment with a supportive team Competitive compensation package Chance to work with diverse clients and industries Job Type Full-time Pay 75 000 00 - 100 000 00 per month Benefits Paid time off Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience Accounting 3 years Required Team management 1 year Required Work Location In person
