We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Draftsman with a strong background in interior architecture production drawing and technical detailing The ideal candidate should be capable of preparing verifying and coordinating detailed production drawings and generating cut lists and material schedules for execution teams and vendors Key Responsibilities Prepare comprehensive and precise production and workshop drawings for interior design and architectural projects Cross-check design drawings site dimensions and 3D renders before finalizing production drawings Coordinate with the design team and site engineers to incorporate all necessary detailing furniture partitions ceilings electrical and services Generate cut lists wood metal glass etc and material BOQs based on final approved drawings Ensure drawings meet quality standards specifications and material availability Maintain drawing standards file naming conventions and layer management in CAD Collaborate with vendors and contractors to resolve drawing or material-related queries Conduct final drawing verification and provide drawing approval for production Train junior draftsmen when required and take leadership in peer review Skills Experience Required 5 years of experience as a draftsman in interior design architecture or furniture production Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and knowledge of SketchUp Revit or similar tools is a plus Excellent knowledge of joinery details modular furniture false ceiling flooring and material finishes Strong understanding of cutting optimization panel layouts and modular construction Ability to interpret design intent mood boards and site data into accurate drawings Robust communication skills to coordinate with internal teams and external vendors A keen eye for detail and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously Preferred Qualification Diploma or Degree in Civil Architectural Drafting Interior Design Prior experience in commercial interiors retail or hospitality projects is highly desirable Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 28 000 00 per month Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience Interior design 2 years Preferred Drafting 5 years Preferred AutoCAD 5 years Preferred Work Location In person
