Job Tittle BIM Manager Location Chennai Moogapair Reports To Director of Design Project Director Head of Engineering Type Full-Time BIM Strategy Management Develop implement and maintain BIM Execution Plans BEPs protocols and workflows tailored for commercial residential and aviation projects Oversee and manage the production of coordinated 3D models across architecture structure MEP and specialist consultants Ensure BIM models comply with relevant standards e g ISO 19650 local BIM mandates Evaluate and select appropriate BIM tools and technologies for project delivery 2 Project Coordination Coordinate with project teams clients and stakeholders to align BIM strategies and project goals Manage multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective model collaboration clash detection and resolution Oversee data exchange and ensure interoperability across platforms Revit Navisworks AutoCAD Civil 3D etc Ensure model integrity throughout design tender construction and handover phases Technical Skills Proficient in Autodesk Revit Navisworks BIM 360 ACC AutoCAD Dynamo and other relevant BIM tools Job Type Full time Pay 50 000 00 - 100 000 00 per month Work Location In person
