Role Divisional Head HR Location TamilNadu Requirement - Post Graduate Degree in Management MSW with Specialization in HR Post Graduate Diploma in HR with over 20 years in HR function from manufacturing sector Key Responsibilities 1 Develop and implement the people strategy and HR budget for the division 2 Ensure end to end management of HR activities right from hire to retire 3 Looking after union management will be handling settlements 4 Ensure adherence with all safety standards defined by SFL oversee areas including facilities utilities and others as applicable for the division 5 Lead and manage the Divisional and plant HR function
