:

- As a Genesys Test Engineer , you will be an integral part of a focused team of 4-5 members responsible for testing and validating IVR solutions.
- You will contribute across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including requirements analysis, test planning, automation, execution, deployment, and post-release support for medium to high complexity business capabilities and products.
- Your role will ensure the delivery of robust, scalable, and high-quality IVR systems using both Genesys Cloud and On-Premises platforms.

Must Have & Desired Skills:

- Minimum 4 years of experience in testing Genesys CX cloud and engage platforms
- Genesys IVR Testing Expertise: Proven experience in testing IVR applications on both Genesys Cloud and Genesys On-Premise environments.

Automation Tools:





- Hands-on experience with Cyara Automation for IVR testing.
- Familiarity with Selenium for UI and functional automation (preferred).

Testing Methodologies:

- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/SCRUM frameworks, and software release cycles.
- Experience in performance and stress testing using tools like JMeter or LoadRunner.
- Project & Defect Management:
- Working knowledge of Jira or Rally for tracking tasks, defects, and agile workflows.
- Excellent Oral and Written communication skills
- Ability to work in a team and challenging workplace. Knowledge on Genesys cloud agent experience.
- Should have testing experience on Genesys email functionalities.
