Responsibilities:

- Project Engagement: Define and communicate the overall target architecture for large, complex initiatives. Provide architectural guidance and support to project teams, ensuring they adhere to architectural standards and align to the strategic roadmap.
- Domain Architecture: Develop and maintain the domain s holistic architecture ensuring that it is robust, composable, scalable, and secure. This includes defining the architecture landscape, logical architecture and design patterns for usage and consumption by various personas, as well as ensuring the security of the data and the platform.
- Cost Optimization: Drive reuse of existing system investments and rationalize existing applications to identify and eliminate redundancies.
- Collaboration: Partner closely with business stakeholders, IT, Security teams, and external vendors to understand requirements, gather feedback, and develop optimal architecture solutions.
- Governance : Partner with the Architecture community to ensure that Business and IT initiatives are aligning to established architecture principles, standards and marching towards achieving target state without accumulating technical debt. Review all new architectures prior to bringing to the Architecture Review Board.
- Technology Evaluation: Evaluate emerging technologies and industry best practices to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation within the enterprise architecture.
- Documentation:



Develop and maintain comprehensive architectural documentation, including diagrams, standards, patterns, guidelines, and policies.
- Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to solution architects and technical teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Architecture Repository Management: Ensure that the architecture repository is a true reflection of the current Business capabilities, Business processes and the supporting applications.
- Architecture Planning: Define and maintain the overall enterprise architecture vision, strategy, and roadmap. Perform Gap Analysis and propose improvements. Demonstrate thought leadership and strategic thinking,

Basic Qualifications:

- Experience: 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, with a focus on GTM domain.
- Workday: Proven experience architecting and integrating with Salesforce, Marketo, AWS.
- Technical Skills: Robust understanding of various technologies, including cloud computing, data management, AI, security, and integration platforms.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business terms.
- Certifications: Ideal Candidate will have Salesforce Technical Architect Certification. TOGAF or other enterprise architecture certifications are a plus.

Other Qualifications:

- Bachelors/ Master s degree in a computer related field or equivalent work experience
