- Lead and manage engineering projects within the district, including planning, design, construction, and commissioning phases, to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineering teams, supporting their career development and growth, and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
- Collaborate with project managers, clients, and stakeholders to define project requirements, develop project plans and schedules, and allocate resources effectively to meet project goals.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to assess project progress, identify potential issues or risks, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.
- Coordinate with internal departments, external contractors, and regulatory agencies to obtain necessary permits, approvals, and certifications for engineering projects.
