Role & responsibilities This is an exciting role and would entail you to

- Design and customize training modules focused on language development, interpersonal communication, skilled writing, and public speaking
- Develop course content using presentations, and training manuals to cater to various learning needs across the organisation
- Conduct periodic evaluations to identify communication skill gaps among employees across Business Units
- Generate timely reports using appropriate formats and share insights regularly with stakeholders
- Analyze feedback from surveys and assessments to learn the improvement areas meticulously
- Propose or recommend suitable training programs based on business needs and to elevate the overall learning experience resulting in client satisfaction
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions that incorporate interactive elements such as role plays, case studies, and group activities
- Conduct one-on-one coaching for employees needing additional support
- Monitor training effectiveness through assessments and participant feedback
- Suggest actionable improvements based on individual performance during sessions and highlight it to Director Talent Transformation
- Work closely with business leaders Units and capability managers to align training goals with organizational objectives




- Coordinate with the cross functional teams to share the learning progress.
- Timely submission of Training Reports Training Need Identification, assessments, updating training attendance and reports
- Stay updated on the latest communication trends, techniques, and tools to incorporate into coaching session

Preferred candidate profile

- 5-7 years of experience in coaching individuals across various experience levels on language skills
- Strong understanding of communication principles, including verbal, non-verbal, and written communication
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with individuals from diverse backgrounds
- Exceptional language abilities and presentation skills
- Ability to create customized coaching plans based on individual needs
- Robust organizational skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with instructional design techniques and training technologies
- Ability to provide constructive feedback with tact and empathy
- Certification in language skills or coaching preferred
- Experience with virtual coaching platforms and tools
