We are seeking immediate joiners for the position of Cognos Developer to join our team on a 1-year contract-to-hire basis, located in Hyderabad and Pune. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in IBM Cognos development, including experience with Cognos 10.x and Cognos 11.1, as well as proficiency in SQL.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, design, and deploy dashboard solutions and multi-dimensional reports using IBM Cognos.
- Collaborate with team members to analyze company needs related to Cognos development.
- Construct reporting solutions while adhering to data warehousing best practices.
- Participate in project planning and ensure successful delivery.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Cognos applications.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Strong experience in Cognos development,



including versions 10.x and 11.1.
- Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and report development.
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members to meet project objectives.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Immediate availability to join.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with Cognos Framework Manager and Cognos TM1.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Previous experience in contract-to-hire positions.
