Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources management This role involves maintaining employee data using HR tools ensuring compliance with labor laws managing recruitment payroll performance and supporting a positive work culture Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate employee records using HRMS HRIS systems e g Zoho BambooHR Ensure compliance with labor laws and update HR policies as needed Oversee recruitment onboarding and employee offboarding Administer payroll and advantages in coordination with finance payroll systems Manage performance appraisals using tools like 15Five or Lattice Handle employee relations engagement activities and conflict resolution Generate HR reports and analytics for management decision-making Requirements Bachelor s Master s in HR or related field 5 years of HR management experience Proficient in HR software and labor law compliance Strong communication and organizational skills HR certification e g SHRM-CP PHR preferred Job Type Full-time Pay 18 000 00 - 28 000 00 per month Work Location In person
