Job Title Store Executive Location Chichpada Vasai East Job Summary Key Responsibilities Inventory Management Implement and maintain an effective inventory management system to ensure optimal stock levels Oversee the receiving stocking and dispatching of products including compressors spares and consumables Conduct regular inventory audits and reconciliations to minimize discrepancies and losses Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely ordering and replenishment of stock Customer Service Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries resolving complaints and providing expert product knowledge Oversee customer follow-ups and service requests to ensure timely and effective resolution Team Leadership and Management Lead motivate and manage store staff including a Runner-Helper and Store Officer to achieve operational excellence Train and develop team members on product knowledge sales techniques and customer service best practices Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to foster a productive work environment Operational Management Maintain the overall appearance organization and cleanliness of the store Ensure compliance with all company policies procedures and safety standards Prepare and analyze sales reports inventory reports and other operational metrics to identify areas for improvement Qualifications Proven experience in retail management preferably within an industrial equipment or machinery dealership Strong understanding of industrial air and gas and ACR compressors including their spares and services Demonstrated ability to manage inventory effectively and implement efficient stock control systems Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills Ability to analyze sales data and operational metrics to drive performance Knowledge of ISO 9001 2015 ISO 45001 2018 and GMP standards is a plus Education Bachelor s degree Experience 2 - 5 years experience as store person Job Type Full time Pay 20 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Work Location In person
