Key Responsibilities Plan prepare and deliver instructional activities that facilitate active learning in English language and literature Develop lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards and learning objectives Instruct students in grammar vocabulary reading comprehension writing composition and literary analysis Use a variety of teaching methods and materials to accommodate different learning styles and abilities Assess and evaluate student progress through assignments tests and class participation Provide feedback to students and communicate progress to parents and school administrators Maintain a secure respectful and inclusive classroom environment Participate in staff meetings professional development opportunities and school events Prepare students for standardized tests and examinations as applicable Keep accurate and up-to-date records of student attendance and performance Qualifications Bachelor s degree in English Education or a related field Master s degree preferred Valid teaching certification license if required by region or school Previous teaching experience at the elementary middle high school college level preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong classroom management and organizational skills Passion for literature language and student development Preferred Skills Experience with digital learning tools and educational technology Ability to engage and motivate students of diverse backgrounds Familiarity with state or national education standards and assessments ESL ELL certification or experience if applicable Job Type Full-time Pay 30 000 00 - 45 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Work Location In person
