As a Business Development Executive needs well verse candidate who understand how to attend clients when lead is give or also knows to generate leads by visiting the market The candidate needs to have understandings of Interior Projects and have successful managed to generate businesses in his previous companies We have Residential and Commercial Verticals of Business Candidate will provide tentative price estimate to customers with the help from interior designers after basic understanding of requirements post discussion on the estimates with manager you will visit sites for capturing finer details optional depending upon project scope and follows-up with the customer for Proposal Presentation and book time slots for the same Share Concept PPTs Brand Book Materials Finish Presentation and provide follow up updates on the proposal under progress Prepare proposal presentation and BOQ with and get it reviewed by the manager Hold meetings with customers and gather the additional requirement or the feedback Job Requirement The Candidate must call the leads and take time slot from Customers and hold meetings take measurements of site and share quote and company PPTs and similar project details The candidate must be able to make Concept PPTs from images of our old projects and themes using image repositories online Academics Any Graduate Post Graduate with similar work experience will be considered Experience in Sales preferably in Interior Decor or allied industry Interior Designing Architecture Civil Engineering background is a plus for job Proficiency Requirement Client handling and excellent communication skills must Two Wheeler and DL is a Must MS Excel and Powerpoint AutoCAD 2D proficiency is a plus 3D rendering proficiency is a plus Ability to work in teams Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience Job Type Full time Pay 25 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Benefits Flexible schedule Health insurance Schedule Day shift Work Location In person
