Key Responsibilities Supply adequate manpower skilled unskilled semiskilled as per the daily or shift requirements Maintain attendance wages and performance records of deployed labor Ensure that all laborers have valid IDs uniforms and follow company policies Handle labor deployment shift planning and replacements for absentee workers Ensure timely payment of wages and compliance with minimum wage laws Maintain proper documentation for ESI PF and other statutory requirements Coordinate with HR Production and Safety departments for any labor issues Resolve grievances or disputes of contract labor in coordination with company HR Ensure laborers follow health safety and environment HSE rules on the shop floor Submit invoices and payment details timely with proper documentation Job Type Full-time Pay 10 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Perks Food provided Provident Fund Work Location In person
