Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Associate to join our team The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales particularly in high-end retail environments and demonstrate exceptional customer service skills This role involves engaging with customers understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions that enhance their experience The Sales Associate will also be responsible for maintaining product displays managing inventory and contributing to a positive team atmosphere Duties Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations Conduct product demonstrations and explain features and benefits to enhance customer understanding Utilize negotiation skills to close sales effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction Perform upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities Assist in layout design and merchandising of products to create an appealing shopping environment Maintain accurate cash handling procedures and operate POS systems efficiently Manage inventory levels through stocking and organization of products on the sales floor Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain a cohesive work environment Stay informed about industry trends renovation techniques lighting design and construction-related products Experience Candidates should have experience in retail sales or inside outside sales roles Familiarity with high-end sales environments is preferred Proficiency in tools such as SketchUp or CAD is a plus along with knowledge of lighting sales and interior design concepts Multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply as they can enhance communication with diverse customers Strong organizational skills effective communication abilities and basic math proficiency are essential for success in this role Experience in account management or marketing will be beneficial but is not mandatory Job Type Full time Pay Up to 20 000 00 per month Schedule Day shift Language English Preferred Work Location In person
