Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and creative Architect with a Bachelor of Architecture B Arch degree to join our team The candidate will be responsible for designing planning and overseeing the construction of projects while ensuring functionality aesthetics and sustainability Key Responsibilities Develop architectural designs layouts and detailed plans Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and provide innovative solutions Coordinate with engineers contractors and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design specifications Prepare presentations reports and documentation for project approvals Ensure adherence to building codes regulations and safety standards Requirements Bachelor s degree in Architecture B Arch from a recognised institution Proficiency in architectural design software e g AutoCAD SketchUp etc Strong understanding of construction processes and materials Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Knowledge of sustainable and cutting-edge design practices is a plus Must have experience 3-5 years Job Type Full-time Pay 50 238 89 - 81 725 97 per month Work Location In person
