Urgent Requirement of MANTENACE HEAD for manufacturing industry Minimum years of experience 10-15 YEAR Job Summary The Maintenance Head will be responsible for leading and managing the entire maintenance function of the plant with a robust focus on CNC VMC and other precision machinery The role involves ensuring machine uptime preventive and predictive maintenance planning troubleshooting breakdowns managing a team and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to reduce downtime and enhance productivity Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise maintenance activities for CNC VMC SPM and conventional machines Develop and execute preventive and predictive maintenance schedules Minimize unplanned downtime by ensuring timely repairs and root cause analysis of breakdowns Ensure calibration alignment and proper functioning of all critical equipment Maintain documentation as per ISO TS IATF standards related to equipment maintenance Manage and optimize spare parts inventory and procurement Coordinate with production and quality departments to meet machine readiness and performance targets Plan and execute machine overhauls refurbishments and upgrades Ensure safety compliance and adherence to EHS Environment Health and Safety norms Implement energy-saving and cost-reduction measures in the maintenance function Lead a team of technicians assign tasks conduct performance evaluations and ensure training as needed Liaison with OEMs and external service providers for technical support and AMC Key Skills Competencies Hands-on knowledge of CNC Fanuc Siemens Mitsubishi VMC and PLC-based machines Expertise in mechanical electrical pneumatic and hydraulic systems Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills Familiar with TPM 5S Kaizen and lean maintenance practices Excellent team management and leadership skills Proficient in maintenance management software CMMS Knowledge of safety standards and regulatory compliance in manufacturing Desirable Experience in auto parts manufacturing or precision component industry CONTACT - (phone hidden) Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 60 000 00 - 80 000 00 per month Benefits Leave encashment Provident Fund
