Role Purpose To develop monitor and control project schedules for MEP Mechanical Electrical Plumbing works across various sectors ensuring timely completion in line with project milestones and contractual requirements using advanced planning tools such as Primavera P6 or MS Project MSP Key Responsibilities Planning Scheduling Develop baseline schedules for MEP works in coordination with project managers Integrate MEP schedules with overall project schedules for building data centre commercial and industrial projects Identify critical paths milestones and resource requirements Prepare resource histograms manpower materials equipment for MEP works Work with cost control teams to integrate cost loading and cash flow forecasts into schedules Progress Monitoring Track progress against baseline and prepare weekly monthly progress reports Conduct variance analysis planned vs actual and highlight delays or risks Update schedules regularly and coordinate with site teams to incorporate real-time progress Coordination Interface Management Liaise with design procurement and construction teams to ensure MEP activities are properly sequenced and planned Coordinate with civil and architectural teams to avoid interface clashes Support project managers in planning mitigation measures for delays Required Skills Competencies Strong knowledge of MEP systems HVAC electrical plumbing fire protection Handson expertise in Primavera P6 and or Microsoft Project Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously Education Experience B E B Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent 6-10 years of experience in MEP planning for large-scale building data center commercial or industrial projects Exposure to EPC turnkey projects is an added advantage Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 70 000 00 - 80 000 00 per month Perks Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule Day shift Weekend availability Supplemental Pay Yearly bonus Work Location In person Expected Start Date 01 08 2025
