Job Title Emergency Medical Officer EMO Organization Raigad Hospital and Research Centre Dr N Y Tasgaonkar Institute Of Medical Science Bhivpuri Raod Railway Station Karjat Raigad District Maharashtra Qualification MBBS from a recognized university Valid registration with the Maharashtra Medical Council or Medical Council of India BLS ACLS certification preferred Experience Minimum 1-10 years of clinical experience Prior experience in Emergency Casualty ICU preferred Key Responsibilities 1 Emergency Patient Care Provide immediate assessment resuscitation stabilization and treatment to emergency patients Attend to medico-legal cases such as trauma poisoning assault etc Handle medical and surgical emergencies independently or under consultant supervision 2 Clinical Decision-Making Initiate necessary investigations and manage treatment protocols Triage patients based on clinical priority Refer to specialty departments or arrange inter-hospital transfers as required 3 Coordination Communication Coordinate with nursing staff paramedical team and consultants for seamless emergency care Maintain proper documentation and handover during shift changes Communicate with patient attendants empathetically and clearly 4 Record Maintenance Compliance Maintain timely and accurate medical records and patient case notes Ensure compliance with hospital policies and statutory requirements including MLCs Follow infection control safety and emergency preparedness protocols 5 Shift Duties Work in rotational shifts including nights Ensure continuity of care during high-patient-load periods Be available for on-call duties in case of mass casualty or critical situations Remuneration As per hospital norms commensurate with qualification and experience Desired Attributes Clinical confidence and quick decision-making under pressure Good communication and patient-handling skills Commitment to emergency and critical care services Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team Location Raigad Hospital and Research Centre Bhivpuri Road Railway Station Tal - Karjat Dist - raigad Maharashtra Job Type Full time Pay 50 000 00 - 100 000 00 per month Schedule Rotational shift Work Location In person
