Job Summary We Lifey Interiors a 12 years experienced interior designing firm located in Trivandrum are seeking a dynamic and creative Business Development Executive to join our team This role combines sales client relationship management and marketing support particularly in promoting our design projects through compelling visual content The ideal candidate will not only drive business growth through new client acquisition but also contribute to brand visibility by coordinating promotional videos and showcasing our design portfolio Key Responsibilities Identify and pursue new business opportunities in both residential and commercial interior design markets Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects real estate developers builders and clients Generate qualified leads through networking referrals events and digital outreach Understand client requirements and align them with the firm s service offerings Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to create and promote engaging content including promotional videos that showcase completed interior projects Coordinate video shoots work with photographers videographers and help craft scripts or concepts for project showcases Represent the company at exhibitions networking events and industry functions Monitor market trends competitor activities and client feedback to refine strategies Maintain accurate records of leads opportunities and project progress using CRM tools Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing Interior Design or a related field Minimum 1 year of experience in business development or sales ideally in interior design or construction Understanding of interior design services and the design-to-delivery process Excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills Creativity and experience working with marketing assets such as video promotions social media content or photography Familiarity with CRM software and basic digital marketing tools Interested candidates may share their resume via WhatsApp at 91 98460 55509 Job Type Full time Pay From 20 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Paid sick time Willingness to travel 25 Preferred Work Location In person
