As
Team Leader - Human Resources
at
Hyatt Regency Chandigarh
, you will be at the heart of our people journey, helping create an engaging, inclusive and high-performing workplace. You will support key HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management and HR administration. Partnering closely with department leaders, you will play an important role in enhancing colleague engagement, supporting talent development and ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.

*What We're Looking For*
- Bachelor's degree in human resources,



Business Administration or a related field.
- 2-4 years of HR experience, preferably in hospitality or a customer-focused industry.
- Strong understanding of HR operations, employee relations and HR policies.
- Knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in HR systems and MS Office applications.
- Solid organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Prior supervisory experience and HR certifications will be an added advantage.
