Job Summary

The E-commerce Executive will be responsible for managing and growing the company’s online sales channels, marketplace operations, product listings, digital promotions, and customer experience. The role involves coordinating with internal teams and external platforms to ensure smooth online business operations and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of e-commerce platforms and online marketplaces.
- Create, update, and optimize product listings across platforms.
- Monitor product pricing, stock availability, and online visibility.
- Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and customer service teams for order fulfillment.
- Handle marketplace portals such as Amazon, Flipkart, IndiaMART, Shopify, etc.
- Execute online promotional campaigns and digital marketing activities.
- Monitor website traffic, sales performance, and customer engagement metrics.




- Analyze sales reports and prepare performance MIS reports.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer queries, returns, and complaints.
- Work with graphic designers and content teams for banners, creatives, and product content.
- Maintain product catalogs, images, descriptions, and specifications.
- Coordinate with vendors and platform representatives for account management.
- Identify opportunities for increasing online sales and customer acquisition.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of SEO and online advertising
