Position: Procurement Executive

Industry: Food / Food Processing

Qualification: Bachelor s Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. A degree/diploma in Agriculture will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:
- Source and procure raw materials such as tomatoes, chillies, peanuts, mangoes, packaging materials, and production consumables.
- Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable suppliers based on quality, pricing, delivery, and service.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, payment terms, and supply agreements to achieve cost savings.
- Coordinate with CF agents, suppliers, Stores, Production, QA, and Finance for smooth procurement and supply operations.
- Monitor inventory levels and raise purchase orders in line with production requirements.




- Maintain accurate procurement documentation, including POs, delivery notes, invoices, and supplier records.
- Ensure timely delivery and resolve quantity, quality, or supply discrepancies.
- Track market trends, commodity prices, seasonal availability, and supply risks for food ingredients and packaging.
- Support supplier audits and ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards.
- Develop new suppliers and maintain robust supplier relationships.
