Job Summary

We are looking for a result-oriented Territory Sales Manager to manage sales and business development activities within an assigned territory. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing dealer/distributor networks, maintaining strong customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned territory.
- Develop and execute territory-wise sales plans and strategies.
- Identify and appoint current dealers, distributors, retailers, and channel partners.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with existing dealers and customers.
- Conduct regular market visits to understand market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer requirements.




- Generate new business opportunities and expand market coverage.
- Ensure effective product availability and visibility across the territory.
- Monitor secondary and primary sales and maintain healthy inventory levels.
- Coordinate with distributors and internal teams for order processing and timely deliveries.
- Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments from channel partners.
- Track competitor products, schemes, pricing, promotions, and market activities.
- Implement company sales schemes and promotional activities effectively.
- Train and support dealers, distributors, sales representatives, and other channel partners.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and territory performance reports.
- Analyze sales performance and take corrective actions to achieve targets.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations professionally.
