We are looking for a Call Centre Executive with robust communication skills and prior international voice process experience to handle inbound and outbound customer calls. The candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, resolving queries, making outbound calls, and maintaining accurate call records.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound international calls professionally.
- Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information and assistance.
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service-related issues effectively.
- Make outbound calls for follow-ups, customer engagement, lead generation, or other business requirements.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions and update the CRM/system regularly.
- Follow call scripts, company processes, and quality standards.
- Achieve defined call quality, productivity, customer satisfaction, and conversion targets.
- Escalate complex customer issues to the concerned team or supervisor.
- Maintain a professional and customer-friendly approach during every interaction.




- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, data privacy, and call quality standards.
- Willingness to work in a night shift aligned with international working hours.

Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience in an international voice process/call centre is mandatory.
- Experience handling both inbound and outbound calls.
- Excellent English communication skills, particularly verbal communication.
- Experience dealing with international customers, preferably US/UK/Australia markets.
- Strong listening, problem-solving, and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM/call-centre software.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Comfortable working in a night shift.
- Candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period will be preferred.
