About the Role

As a Telecaller, you'll be the first voice potential clients hear from Creative Point. You'll reach out to prospects, introduce our digital marketing services, and generate qualified leads for our Business Development team to take forward.

What You'll Do
- Make outbound calls to potential clients across industries
- Introduce Creative Point's digital marketing services (SEO, social media, paid ads, web, etc.)
- Explain services clearly and answer basic questions from prospects
- Qualify leads based on interest and requirement, and schedule follow-ups or meetings for the BD team
- Maintain call logs and update CRM/records after every call
- Follow up with warm leads and past inquiries
- Meet daily/weekly call and lead targets

What We're Looking For
- Any degree or diploma
- Transparent, confident, and friendly phone communication skills
- Fluency in Tamil; working proficiency in English




- Patience and persistence — comfortable with repetitive outreach and occasional rejection
- Freshers welcome; prior telecalling or telesales experience is a plus
- Comfortable with basic digital tools (Excel, CRM, email)
