Role & responsibilities:

To lead the complete Finance, Costing, Controls, and Commercial governance of the RMC business across pan India comprising 30-40 plants in the next year, and then 100 plants in the following 2 years. The role ensures robust internal controls, strict financial discipline, accurate plant-level reporting, credit control, receivables management, budgeting, and profitability monitoring. This position provides leadership to Regional Finance / Plant Accountants and partners closely with Operations, Quality, Sales, and Commercial functions to deliver robust P&L; performance, margin protection, and compliance.

Preferred candidate profile:

1. National Financial Control & Governance
- Lead the financial governance of all RMC plants in the region, ensuring zero deviation from SOPs and internal control frameworks.
- Review plant-level financial operations, asset accounting, material control, dispatch billing, collections, and budgets.

2. Budgeting, Forecasting & P&L; Management
- Own national budgeting, forecasting, BRM, P&L; analysis, cost centre reporting,



and variance analysis.
- Identify margin leakage and drive corrective actions through collaboration with Operations, Sales, and Quality.

3. Receivables, Credit Control & Customer Financial Management
- Oversee AR, credit limits, collections, dispute resolution, and overdue reduction.
- Ensure customer accounts are reconciled, POD compliance is achieved, and billing is aligned with dispatch.

4. Plant-Level Costing, Material Management & Inventory Controls
- Ensure accuracy of raw material GRNs, valuation, GRIR, SIT, stock reporting, adjustments, and write-offs.
- Validate material consumption patterns and support cost optimisation initiatives.

5. MIS, Reporting & Financial Analytics
- Prepare monthly MIS including:
- P&L; & Contribution
- Plant and cluster profitability
- Material variance analysis
- Cash flow & working capital

6. Audit Compliance & Statutory Requirements
- Ensure timely plant aud
