A customer-focused Furniture Sales Representative with direct furniture industry experience to guide showroom clients, interior designers, and homeowners in selecting furniture, fabrics, and space-planning solutions. This role drives store revenue through consultative selling, deep product expertise, and post-purchase customer management.

Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Consultation: Greet customers, assess design needs, and recommend furniture packages, custom finishes, and protective warranties.
- Target Achievement: Meet monthly individual sales targets, attachment rates, and order volume goals.
- Showroom Maintenance: Maintain an organized, visually appealing sales floor according to company visual standards.
- Order Management: Process sales transactions, financing applications, and custom orders using POS/CRM systems.
- Customer Follow-Up:



Manage order tracking, schedule deliveries with warehouse teams, and nurture relationships with repeat clients and design partners.

Key Qualifications
- Industry Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of proven sales experience specifically within the furniture, home furnishings, or interior design industry.
- Product Knowledge: Solid familiarity with furniture construction, upholstery, wood finishes, and space planning.
- Skills: Excellent communication, consultative closing abilities, and proficiency with POS/CRM systems.
- Availability: Ability to work weekends, holidays, and stand for extended floor shifts.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
