Role Description
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring talent for various roles within Foxscan.



The specialist will collaborate closely with hiring managers to define job requirements, develop and maintain solid employer branding initiatives, and ensure a positive candidate experience. Day-to-day responsibilities include posting job openings, managing applicant pipelines, conducting interviews, coordinating assessments, and ensuring timely communication with candidates. The role also involves maintaining recruitment data, supporting workforce planning, and contributing to continuous improvement of hiring practices aligned with Foxscan’s values of integrity and transparency.
