Role Description
The Head of Human Resources will lead the overall HR function for oCommerce LLC and its portfolio brands, ensuring consistent, high-quality people practices across the organization. This full-time,



on-site role based in India involves designing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and processes that support business growth and a positive employee experience. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing talent acquisition and workforce planning, managing performance and development programs, guiding compensation and advantages, and driving employee engagement initiatives. The role also includes advising leadership on labor and employment law, handling complex employee relations matters, and ensuring HR compliance across jurisdictions. The Head of Human Resources will collaborate closely with senior leaders to build a strong, inclusive culture and support organizational change and scaling efforts.

Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with experience leading HR functions for multi-site or multi-brand organizations.
