Academic Leadership

Lead and oversee the academic delivery and day-to-day operations of the Secondary School.
Ensure effective implementation of curriculum frameworks, assessment practices, and academic policies.
Monitor teaching quality and learner outcomes through classroom observations, data analysis, and academic reviews.
