About the role
The Director – E-Commerce will lead and scale Performics India’s E-Commerce and Retail Media practice, driving growth, innovation, and excellence across marketplaces, quick commerce, and emerging retail media networks. This role is responsible for setting the strategic vision, owning P&L; performance, strengthening client partnerships, and building a high-performing, future-ready team aligned with Performics’ performance-first philosophy.



The role will work closely with marquee Indian and global brands, platform partners, and internal capability teams to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Strategic & Business Leadership
Define and lead the E-Commerce strategy and roadmap across marketplaces, retail media, and quick commerce for a set of key clients.
Partner with senior client stakeholders to drive long-term growth, innovation, and business impact.
Stay ahead of industry trends across Retail Media Networks, automation, AI, and platform evolution, translating them into scalable solutions.
Identify emerging opportunities across platforms, formats, and technologies.
Demonstrate thought leadership by developing and presenting client industry/market research findings, e-commerce search trends, e-commerce growth areas, recent models to consider and relevant case studies.
