Role: Analyst - Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;)

Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Education: CA, MBA/PGDM in Finance

Budget: Rs. 10,00,000 - Rs. 15,00,000

Responsibilities:

● Solid hands-on experience in annual financial planning, 5-year planning, budgeting,

and forecasting P&L.;

● Monitor targets/budgets vs. actuals and suggest course corrections (Variance

Analysis).

● Prepare various decks to be presented to top management, investors, and lenders.

● Conduct different financial analyses as required by management.

● Analyze the financial performance of competitors in the industry, understand

standard business practices, and benchmark company performance for process

improvement.

● Support in identifying cost-saving ideas, minimizing revenue leakages, and

controlling cost wastages.

● Knowledge of ECL workings as per applicable INDAS.

● Prepare/review data when requested by different lenders.

● Proven experience in FP&A; with expertise in:

○ Business benchmarking

○ Financial benchmarking

○ Budgeting

○ Forecasting

○ Variance analysis

○ Trend analysis

○ Simulation

○ MIS

○ Other FP&A-related; activities
