Job Location: Borivali East

Job Description:

· Understand client product and outcomes and drive them aggressively

· Monitoring and Managing day to day planning, operational challenges and solving problems of a team

· Maintenance of RELEVANT data, records, MIS, meeting billability & targets

· Identify gaps and devise plans to enhance lead generation

· Ensuring adequate Training and development of staff

· Conducting regular reviews, performance appraisal for the team

Should handle the team weekly reviews and encourage team to meet organizational goals

Responsible for staff retention within the team.

Should be aware of KRAs, KPIs.
Should have knowledge of business process management systems and metrics

Should be only from a BPO/SALES/LEAD GENERATION
