Job Title: Senior Manager – Business Consulting (Digital Transformation/Robotics)

The opportunity

We are looking for a Business Consultant to join the EY GDS Consulting team with a focus on Robotics, AI, and Intelligent Automation. As part of EY Consulting, you will lead strategic engagements for industrial clients, focusing on operational excellence, digital transformation, and optimization of business and operational processes through robotics and AI led solutions. You will collaborate with cross functional teams and stakeholders, gaining exposure to both the business requirements and the technology that enables them. You will leverage deep domain expertise and advanced technologies including Robotics, AI, ML, DL, and GenAI to deliver intelligent automation solutions, data driven insights, process improvements,



and sustainable value creation. Prior implementation experience in Oil and Gas or Manufacturing will be highly valuable.

What you will do
- Lead the design and delivery of digital transformation solutions for industrial use cases across Oil and Gas, Manufacturing, Energy, and Process Industries.
- Develop and present strategic roadmaps for robotics and AI led transformation of industrial operations.
- Define and document recent processes, ensuring alignment between business requirements and technology solutions.
- Apply robotics, data, analytics, IoT, AI/ML, Generative AI and cloud platforms to design, develop and deploy solutions that improve decision-making and operational performance for oil and gas downstream clients.
- Engage with clients across global geographies, collaborate with EY member firms and internal subject-matter experts, and maintain high-quality stakeholder relationships.
