We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Security Supervisor to oversee and manage security operations As a Security Supervisor you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of all employees visitors and assets at our facility You will lead and supervise a team of security officers ensuring that all security protocols and procedures are followed efficiently Key Responsibilities Team Leadership Supervise train and manage security personnel to ensure that they adhere to company policies and maintain a professional standard Security Operations Monitor and enforce security protocols and procedures including access control patrols and emergency response Incident Management Respond to and resolve security-related incidents including breaches thefts and disturbances Prepare detailed reports of incidents and actions taken Surveillance Systems Operate and monitor security cameras alarms and other surveillance equipment to ensure continuous security coverage Customer Service Provide assistance to employees and visitors ensuring a secure and welcoming environment while maintaining professionalism Risk Assessment Conduct regular security assessments to identify vulnerabilities and implement corrective measures as necessary Compliance Ensure compliance with all local state and federal regulations regarding safety Emergency Response Coordinate emergency response procedures and ensure that the security team is well-prepared for any crisis situations Job Type Full-time Pay 17 500 00 - 20 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
